In as little as a few minutes, listeners can experience a sense of renewal and focus as they engage with the various meditation segments. With over 130 meditation segments available and more on the way, users can tailor their experience to meet their spiritual needs.

Some of the topics covered include Adversity, Faith, Prayer, and Forgiving Others, among many others. At the conclusion of each segment, listeners will find a mantra to be repeated silently during a minute of silence. Furthermore, new subscribers are eligible for a free 14-day trial upon signing up.

Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Users have the flexibility to cancel their subscription at any time through the App Store.
